Applicants are welcome on both a walk-In and appointment basis.

To help your visit go smoothly please...
Make an appointment - Please call the health center location where you would like to get your care (see the sites below with phone numbers). You will get a recorded voice message. Follow the instructions to talk to the receptionist who will schedule your appointment.
Arrive Early - It will take you 20 minutes to register at your first visit. If you need help with insurance coverage for your care, you should also allow 60 minutes to speak with an Enrollment Coordinator. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to wait to be seen or you may need to reschedule.
Please call the clinic to cancel or reschedule if you can't keep your appointment.
If you have missed more than 5 appointments or 3 physicals without calling us to cancel we may ask that you speak with a nurse before scheduling you again.
Emergencies and unexpected problems – There is 24 hour, 7 day a week coverage for your health care problems. If you need to reach your health care provider after hours, call the Health Center's main telephone number (781-581-3900) and the Answering Service will page the on-call provider, who will call you back.
If you are experiencing a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go the nearest Emergency Room.
A message to our patients, If you have any concerns about patient care or safety at any of the Lynn Community Health Center’s locations or programs, we urge you to contact the Health Center’s Administration by calling 781-596-2502 ext 701, or by completing a patient complaint form available at any of our sites. We will do our best to resolve the problem. If we are unable to resolve the concern, you may also contact the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), which is the national organization that accredits the Health Center in Ambulatory Care and Behavioral Health Care.
