From Rte. 128 Heading North:

 

 

 

  • Take Exit 44B to Rte. 129 East to Lynn.  At the end of the exit is a rotary – bear right off the rotary onto Rte. 129 East.  You will pass Union Hospital on your right, and further on, a cemetery on your right.  You will then go through Wyoma Square (New Equitable Bank Building on left).

  • When you come to a traffic light/fork in road, (an Exxon gas station will be directly in front of you) stay to the left, which is Chestnut Street.

    •  

     

     

     

  • Follow Chestnut Street through 4 sets of lights.

    •  

     

     

     

  • Watch for a Spiro’s Gas Station on the left, and the Santo Domingo Grocery Store on the right. 

    •  

     

     

     

  • Take the next right onto Union Street (Melvin’s Convenience Store will be on the corner).  Follow Union St.approximately ½ mile (go past Walgreen’s). The main Lynn Community Health Center clinical building will be on the next block on your right.

    •  

     

    ·Take a right onto Buffum Street before the Health Center and a left to park in the large municipal lot behind the health center.  Parking is $1.00/hr or $5.00/day.

     From Boston:

     

     

     

  • Take the Mystic-Tobin Bridge to the Rte. 16 East exit. 

    •  

     

     

     

  • At the first rotary watch for signs for 1-A North to Lynn.

    •  

     

     

     

  • Follow Rte. 1-A through another rotary, past Wonderland, and over the General Edwards Bridge into Lynn, onto the Lynnway.

    •  

     

     

     

  • Go past Wal-Mart and Garelick Farms [formally West Lynn Creamery] on your right. 

    •  

     

     

     

  • After Garelick Farms, stay to the left and watch for signs marked “Downtown Lynn – Salem 1A”.

    •  

     

     

     

  • Turn left at the next lights, then right at the next lights, still following Rte. 1A (North Shore Community College will be on the right) and then take the immediate next left which is Union Street.  (A large Parking Garage will be on your left and the Harborloft Apartments on the right).

    •  

     

     

     

  • Go straight through the next set of lights (under the overpass).

    •  

     

     

     

  • The Health Center is on the left, at the end of the first block.

    •  

     

    ·Take the left after the health center building (Buffum St.) for parking in the large municipal lot behind the health center.  Parking is $1.00/hr or $5.00/day
