FAQ’s

Do I need insurance?

We accept most forms of public and private health insurance. If you do not have insurance, we will help schedule an appointment with an Enrollment Coordinator to help you determine if you qualify for assistance. They will help you enroll in the program that best fits your needs.

Do I need to be an LCHC patient?

No, you do not need to be an established patient of LCHC.

Will my information be shared with immigration services?

No. Your personal identification and health information is kept confidential and will not be used to track you, your family, or your neighbors.

Do you provide interpreter services?

Yes, we provide on-site interpreter services in many languages including Spanish, Russian, Chinese Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. If we do not have an interpreter on-site who speaks your language, we use a telephone interpreter service to ensure you receive care information in your preferred language.
