At Lynn Community Health Center, we believe in “whole-person” care. We provide as many services on-site as we can, and partner with community organizations for many other care options.
Our primary care teams include board-certified physicians, behavioral health providers, nurses, pharmacists, nutritionists, social workers, educators, and care coordinators. Your providers work together to ensure that you get the best care possible.
