Bringing the Lynn Community Health Center into your school!
The School-Based Health Center program is a collaboration between Lynn Community Health Center and Lynn Public Schools to make access to healthcare easier and more convenient for the children and teens of Lynn. We do this by bringing the clinic into the schools!
All services provided are designed to meet the special developmental, socio-emotional and accessibility needs of children and teens.
The SBHCs are satellite clinics of the Lynn Community Health Center. This provides patients of the SBHCs with access to a broad range of specialty services, health promotion and health education services, as well as access to the on-call after-hours services at LCHC.
To enroll as a patient at a school-based health center, you must be enrolled as a student in the school where the health center is located. Parents must sign a parental consent form for students to receive services; consent remains valid across schools.
